A journal

I thought I'd just put up a quick little post. The weather is absolutely miserable today and I love it! It had been 5 days since 'Ruahthimpui' came. The weather hasn't been good since. Not complaining tho'. I am not so much of a rain-person. Had always keep the summer sun close. But this year, it is different. I feel somewhat different. There is something about the rain that i find so comforting. It seems like the thirst of earth has been quenched. I absolutely adore the smell of the rain. The wet soil seems more lovable today than any other day. I find it to be calming. Warm and cozy. Cuddle weather, some people would say :)) My morning starts at 6. I sit on our balcony with a cup of green tea in my hand, wrap myself in a warm blanket and watch the rain pouring. The plants on the rail look green and lush. The road seems slippery but i find it adorable. I would like to go for a walk on a rainy day sometimes. The sound that the rain makes when it shatters on the roof...
